Le Projet Compétences pour Réussir (PCR) a été lancé pour répondre à ce besoin crucial, offrant une lueur d’espoir et des opportunités inédites pour les individus souhaitant prospérer dans leur carrière. L’objectif principal du Projet Compétences pour Réussir est de renforcer les compétences des travailleurs dans divers secteurs économiques, afin d’améliorer leur employabilité et leur productivité. Depuis son lancement en 2019, le projet s’est concentré sur le comblement de l’écart entre les compétences exigées par le marché du travail et celles possédées par les chercheurs d’emploi ou les professionnels souhaitant progresser dans leur carrière. Tout d’abord, il propose une formation adaptative et personnalisée qui prend en compte les compétences existantes des participants et les exigences du marché. Cette approche permet aux participants de se concentrer sur le développement de compétences pertinentes, favorisant ainsi une croissance professionnelle durable. En outre, le projet établit des partenariats étroits avec un large éventail d’entreprises de différents secteurs. Le programme sera offert à l’aide d’outils téléphoniques et de vidéoconférence dans le but d’aider les participants à s’adapter à une nouvelle façon de travailler/atteindre des objectifs tout en maintenant un équilibre et en étant plus efficaces dans leur travail/vie personnelle.

Le programme traite des soins personnels, de la pleine conscience et de la relaxation, de l’exercice physique de base, de la nutrition, de la routine du sommeil et de la pratique de l’équilibre travail/vie personnelle.

Ce programme de cinq semaines ne met pas l’accent sur le(s) diagnostic(s) ou la gestion des symptômes aigus.

Le conseiller en emploi renforcera positivement la perception que l’employé a de lui-même en tant que membre actif de la main-d’oeuvre tout en s’adaptant à une nouvelle façon de travailler et en atteignant des objectifs, en maintenant l’équilibre et en étant plus efficace dans son travail et sa vie.
