CVE’s FREE Employment Support Services are designed to support your individual needs to help you secure the best job possible, as quickly as possible. 

Whether you are looking for work for the first time or going back to work, our team of expert Employment Integration Specialists (EIS) are here to guide you every step of the way from career exploration and resume writing to job placement and assisting you to keep your job.

Eligibility for Integrated Employment Services

You must be of legal working age, be a resident of the Ottawa or Toronto region, and be eligible to work in Canada. Please note that International Students or Temporary Foreign Workers without an open work permit are not eligible. After completing this form, our IES Project Coordinator will get in touch with you to briefly discuss our services, your career goals, and to set up an intake appointment.

Please note that you will be required to provide your SIN number at the time of intake. Your SIN number is required to provide validation to participate in Ontario-funded programs (i.e., Resident of Ontario, legally entitled to work in Canada) and to track your progress when participating in Employment Ontario programs and services.

Please also note that CVE will continue to support you for 12 months after you obtain employment and that you are required to submit evidence of employment, such as a paystub or letter from your employer at job start, and again at 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-months post job start.
