Melissa Guenette is a media and marketing strategist, speaker, and CEO of A‑List Media Solutions, where she helps professionals and entrepreneurs master the art of personal branding, presence, and communication. With a background in public relations, fashion styling, and corporate coaching, she empowers audiences to show up confidently in interviews, on stage, and across every platform.
Amanda Ramsay
Amanda is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in the community. Trained in various mental health support areas, crisis intervention, work adjustment and Canadian vocational assessment and evaluation, and with an educational background in Social Psychology, she employs an interpersonal approach to create tailored action plans for clients.
Vigi Paramananthan
Vigi has an educational background in psychology and sexuality studies, as well as a Master’s in Education. She has worked in various career fields but her passion has always been around working with individuals who identify with a disability. Throughout her education and employment journey Vigi volunteered at the Toronto and Ottawa Distress Centre helping callers with emotional challenges. Once completing her Master’s degree, Vigi worked at Carleton University under a pilot project to support students with disability prepare for employment once they graduated.
Jean‑Claude Nasr
Jean‑Claude Nasr is a serial entrepreneur, marketing coach, and founder of Revelation Marketing, known for empowering small businesses with bold, no-fluff strategies. He is the author of How to Talk to Anyone – The Power of Networking, where he shares practical tools and lessons from his journey from Uber driver to successful business leader and keynote speaker.

YESS Project
CVE’s Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS Project) is designed to help youth with disabilities (ages 15 to 30) who are no longer in school or are new graduates, looking to navigate the labour market and to successfully transition into meaningful, gainful, and sustained employment.
This is attained by supporting the needs of all youth in the above-mentioned population segments, as it relates to developing knowledge and networks through education, skills development, and meaningful work experiences.
CVE Inc. provides access to Accredited Skills Training, Employment Services/Employment Skills Training and Quality Employment Opportunity interventions to assist the youth of our communities, giving them the opportunity be successful in a competitive marketplace

Eligibility for Integrated Employment Services
You must be of legal working age, be a resident of the Ottawa or Toronto region, and be eligible to work in Canada. Please note that International Students or Temporary Foreign Workers without an open work permit are not eligible.
