In partnership with the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW), CVE Inc. is bringing this innovative experience to our community, giving participants the opportunity to practice real workplace scenarios in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. CCRW’s VR program focuses on building communication skills, increasing confidence, and preparing individuals for meaningful employment through immersive learning experiences.

CVE Inc. is an Ottawa-based vocational rehabilitation, disability management, and employment services provider supporting job seekers, employers, insurers, workers’ compensation boards, and government partners across Ontario and Western Quebec. Established in 1993, CVE provides services focused on employment participation, return to work, and vocational planning.
Through its Ottawa location, CVE offers employment services and coaching to help job seekers explore options, prepare for employment, and move toward sustainable work. Supports may include skills and interests assessment, resume development, interview preparation, job-search strategies, labour market information, and referrals to employment or community resources.
The Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) is a national charitable organization dedicated to promoting meaningful and equitable employment for people with disabilities. CCRW provides employment services, career development supports, and employer resources to help create more inclusive workplaces across Canada.
The Ottawa office, located at CCRW (Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work) in downtown Ottawa, provides free employment services for working-age people with disabilities. Supports include career exploration, employment coaching, resume and interview preparation, job-search assistance, workplace accommodation guidance, employer connections, and ongoing employment support. Services are available both virtually and in person, with no referral required for most programs.
